蒼松聳立崖頂，月光於飛白濺落
濺起藏於潭底的滿溢酒香
Bar Pine 由也是調酒師的侯絮銨（Ariel）創立
藉以松樹不畏嚴寒的象徵
集結不同設計領域的設計、空間、作品與藝術家
於 2O22 年九月在台北文昌街成立總店
Pine 的標誌出發自 「松 」 優雅而孤高的意象。
由於頂樓的松柏、
由於前身為木材行的店址、
由於酒與木的不可割捨而得名。
我們秉持 「 風味，是來自生活中的記憶 」 的理念，
從情感、記憶與生活中擷取靈感，
以調酒為基底，運用在地的食材作為顏料，
調製出既熟悉、又新鮮的風味記憶。

Like the pine that braves the frost,
Bar Pine gathers creators across space, art, and design—
rooted in the symbolic strength of the evergreen,
named for the pines atop the roof,
for the bar’s former life as a timber shop,
and for the bond between wood and spirits.
Our philosophy:
“Flavour is born of life and memory.”
Drawing from emotion, experience, and place,
we blend cocktails with local ingredients—
painting with taste,
to stir something both familiar and new
in every glass.
