引言
Bar Pine 松 一直相信,酒吧不只是喝酒的地方,而是讓文化悄然發生的場域。
此番有幸,我們攜手八位來自工業、視覺、插畫、平面、角色設計與珠寶的創作者,他們不僅是我們的摯友,更是靈感的共犯。他們以松為題,各自創作出了對台灣與酒吧的想像作品;而我們也以他們為名,依每一位設計師為靈感,調製了專屬風味的酒品。 自酒吧開設以來,「文化發生之處」一直是我們的品牌定位,而醞釀兩年之後,這次終於推出了。
設計與風味交錯醞釀,終於在此時此地相遇。這不只是一張酒單,而是松與朋友們,共同傾注歲月與心念的風味。
PREFACE
As the team behind Bar Pine, we have always believed that a bar is more than just a place to drink. It is a space where culture quietly takes shape. We are honoured to collaborate with eight creators from the fields of industrial design, visual arts, illustration, graphic design, character design, and jewellery.
They are not only our dearest friends but also accomplices in inspiration. Each of them has imagined and created a work inspired by Pine, reflecting their vision of Taiwan and bar culture. In return, we crafted a unique cocktail for each, drawing from their spirit as our muse. Since the day we opened our doors, we have positioned Bar Pine as “a place where culture happens.” After two years of quiet preparation, this vision finally takes form. This is more than just a menu—it is a collection of flavours, born from the time, friendship, and imagination we share with our companions.
